Return of the Freshmen
Today marks the beginning of classes here at NC State and well that has kept me pretty busy the past few days. Hopefully the army of 35 TAs I’ve hired will be enough to wrangle the 1700+ freshmen and other undergraduate students taking E115 this fall. Monday and Tuesday of this week were spent training that group of TAs to be the leanest, meanest, teaching machines around! I believe they are prepared as they’re going to be before the flood arrives.
In addition, I’m doing something this semester I haven’t done in a while - I myself am taking a class. Finally starting to work on my master’s degree (slowly but surely) so here is hoping for it not to be too hard to get back into the swing of things! It will be a little strange to once again visit the side of learning after have been teaching for a little while. Here’s hoping the next few weeks go smoothly and I can get some more rest!!!!
On an exciting note Karoline and I, along with her roommate Taylor, got season tickets for Wolfpack Football this year! I’m super pumped to get to go to all the home games and watch as O’Brien builds a new dynasty (crosses fingers) but more over I get to do it all with Karoline! Gotta love a girlfriend who loves Wolfpack football as much if not maybe more than you!
