I turned 28 back in July and LaBranda had a few friends over a few days later to celebrate my birthday. We had some good desserts and played some fun games. I’m very thankful for my friends who really are more like family than just “friends”.

My buddy Brian Caffarel was so kind as to provide me with master photos that he took at our wedding. This is my first round of edits (still working) but wanted to share what I’ve made it through so far. Thanks a ton Brian!

For those few who read my blog but aren’t on Facebook or Twitter, last week LaBranda and I got engaged! I asked her to marry me on Thursday and she said yes! Look for more wedding details in the near future and a new website to keep tabs on the wedding progress!

I know, two posts in one day but I couldn’t resist! My adopted little sister, Carolyn, graduated from NC State on Friday. No she isn’t my sister nor did my parents adopt her but I met her when she was a freshmen and through a series of events she really became like my little sister....
